Yamy and her crew did an amazing job on my 4 bedroom house. The bathrooms and showers were shining, the floor were spotless and they even cleaned the sliding glass door. The house looked impeccable after they finished with it. I hired Yamy to clean my house every other week.

Today, 9/16/2019, Yamy and her co-worker Vivian cleaned our house in North Port. They were responsive, on time, and very professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job. Our house wasn’t dirty by any stretch, but i surely haven’t been cleaning like Yamy and Vivian did. It sure is clean now. This was our first clean and it does cost a bit more than what the weekly or bi-weekly rate will be and that’s quite understandable. It was well worth it. I would highly recommend Yamy’s Spotless Cleaners to anyone. They truly lived up to their name. We have a small dog, very old, but nonetheless sheds hair. You wouldn’t know we have a little dog right now. A job very well done. Thanks.

I had never hired a housekeeper before, but I had company coming for the first time in a year and really needed the extra help since I work 60+ hrs a week between my jobs.
I was SO nervous to trust new people in my house while I was away at work (I live alone and have pets that I’m protective of), but Yamy was incredibly responsive, reassuring, and helpful throughout the process. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to come home to a sparkling clean house after a long day at work. They got every corner clean and made my sink sparkle in ways I didn’t know they could.
My floors were a mess and Yamy worked with me generously as I was a first-time client. I happily paid them more as the work they did was truly invaluable. Hiring Yamy’s Spotless Cleaning was the best decision I’ve made in 2020, and I can’t wait to hire them again! The work they did was more than I could have asked for and “reset” my apartment.
Personally-I wanna say thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know it was hard work but you all did an incredible job. You’ve made coming home so much easier on a day-to-day basis. ❤️

I hired Yamy’s to do a deep clean on some disabled friends house. All we can say is: UNBELIEVABLE! It looks like a new house. They are so thorough, friendly, professional and hard working. I would highly recommend them! Price was very fair and they bring all their own cleaning products , vacuum, mops..everything.

I explained that my house was in need of a deep clean as we have been working on it and not focusing on cleaning. I was quoted $180.
When they arrived, they said it was not prepared / organized enough to do their work. Which was confusing. After they spoke to Yamy, and then I did also, and when asked what they could do I said, the bathrooms, floors, dishes, windows, kitchen, many things.... they said they’d stay and do what they could. Which turned out to be a lot, as that was what was needed. When they were finished they spoke to Yamy again and gave me the phone and I was told the cost was $300! Quite a bit above $180, especially as they almost left after they arrived as supposedly there was nothing they could do.
I could never have finished the house without their help. So I am very appreciative. But I’m still confused at how the quoted amount and what I was charged were so different. And after they had gone, I saw that all the garbage cans and trash were full to the top. They didn’t take them out with them when they left.
I am grateful. But it was an odd experience.

I’m sorry to hear this was an odd experience for you when we talked on the phone when they finish and you were happy.When we the pros send the first quite this is based on the information you put on the app,but after we talked and you explained the condition of the home I told you it was going to be hourly and you understood and agreed,if you forgot you can check our messages on the top and you will read your words. I also told you ob the phone they were going to do the best they could because there were a lot of things all over the place and they sent me the pictures .I guarantee they did the best they could for how everything looks before and after .I would appreciate if you called me if you had any concerns because we have guarantee and we could take care of the trash for you as well.
