It is also important to feel accepted for where you are in your individual journey, and to proceed without feeling judged -- free to be yourself, and I can provide that atmosphere. I have been where you are! I am constantly educating myself as to the latest and most solid research available, in order to provide my clients the best infofmation and care possible. I enjoy helping others to create a plan to improve their quality of life. I enjoy seeing their pride when goals are achieved.
