- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 per hour for hands-on Professional Home Organizing. Sessions are typically a 3-hour minimum to allow enough time for meaningful progress. I prefer to work 6-hour shifts. 10% off when booking 10 hours or more in advance. $50 off your next session if you refer a friend/family member who books I deliver small items that fit in my medium sized SUV to donation centers on my way home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free phone consultation to talk about your goals, challenges and the areas you'd like help with. I'll answer any questions you may have and explain how I work. Free In-Home or Virtual Assessment so I can see the space, take notes and recommend an action plan tailored to your needs, lifestyle and budget. Based on the consultation I'll provide a timed estimate and discuss budget for containers etc. I will then work with you to schedule the perfect time frame that works for us both to accomplish your home organization needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Professional Home Organizer since 2011, first working in VA / DC area until 2021 when we moved to Lakewood Ranch FL. To continue growing in my work and providing the best service to my clients, I completed a professional home organization course that deepened my skills in space planning, decluttering strategies and creating systems that truly last. It also gave me new tools for working with different personalities and organizing styles which helps me tailor every project to each client's unique needs.
