Julian has always been able to book us into the cutest B&Bs as well as very nice hotels! Always able to make accommodations to easily pick up and drop off a mobility scooter for my Dad. She has booked us 2 great trips, one was an Alaskan cruise, the other a trip to the Berkshires to see the fall foliage. Both trips were great, filled with memories, at just the right pace!

I was extremely impressed working with Jill Pharo as my travel agent. She was patient with me, to hear my description of the kind of vacation package I was looking for. Also, I felt she was very diligent to create a detailed itinerary for my families vacation. Very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend using her as a travel agent. I will be using her again for my future travel needs.
