I was extremely impressed working with Jill Pharo as my travel agent. She was patient with me, to hear my description of the kind of vacation package I was looking for. Also, I felt she was very diligent to create a detailed itinerary for my families vacation. Very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend using her as a travel agent. I will be using her again for my future travel needs.

Julian was very responsive to my needs. No matter how many times I changed my mind or wanted to make changes they were made quick fast and in a hurry.
