- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A standard service call is $98 which includes service call, diagnostics and up to the first hour of repair. (Most service calls are completed within this first hour.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I run all first time calls personally, as I want my clients to meet me. I always try to put myself in the customer's situation, so I only recommend what I would do if I was the customer. I do this by asking a few questions, such as "how long you plan on living there, did the whole house cool properly when your a/c system worked at its best", etc. It is my goal to impress my customers by educating them and giving them honest advice. If working with a renter situation, my technicians will tell the renter as little info as possible; we only communicate with the property owner or whomever is paying the bill. This keeps renters using information against their landlord.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida State Certified HVAC Contractor with extensive knowledge on all aspects of Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality, including diagnostics, repairs, replacements, maintenance, duct design, indoor air quality, duct cleaning and filtration - just to name a few areas.
