it is good that the client knows prices, discounts, etc. because that helps him to select the professional very well and have a better communication. I have a base price, but this may vary depending on what extra services the customer wants. if you are a recurring customer and want your weekly cleaning you will get a discount 😃
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is contact the client as quickly as possible so that the client expresses everything he needs and can help him. Then we set a date and time that is good for both of us. It makes me happy to please the customer and give the best service

I have worked in many types of cleaning for years and I know what to do in each of them.
