- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My focus is quality. I never cut corners, even when it’s more expensive. Some of my competitors are cheaper, but I will take the time to make sure you’re 100% happy. My client's satisfaction is my top priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is paramount. I contact the new customer as soon as I accept the job and again an hour before the job to confirm the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a home owner and property owner for more than 20 years and have done all of the repairs, renovations, improvements and construction for my properties.
