Excellent experience and very happy with the work! Working with Chris and Sydney was great. Very professional and honest. Chris showed up on time every time, got the tile straight and level, and was flexible with the design in working with the tiles we had. We were going to do the job ourselves but have too much on our plate. We are sure glad we went with OffGrid Tile, because we couldn't have done the job as well. We will definitely hire them for more work, and we highly recommend them!

Details: Bathroom • Floor • Tub / Shower enclosure • 51 - 100 sq ft • Durock • Ceramic • Yes, I already have the tiles

I recently purchased a 1965 home that required major remodeling. I had a vision of how I wanted the Kitchen and bathroom to look and feel. I talked to Sydney and she showed me all the options available with her professional “Tile Guy” Chris. Boy was I impressed! Both Sydney and Chris were professional, on-time, hard working, and patient with the changes I made mid-stream in a few areas. Chris is truly a pro at laying beautiful tile, from intricate designs in glass mosaic, to white subway tile he is a perfectionist. Chris laid ceramic tile on the living room floor, glass mosaic backsplash tile and porcelain tile on the kitchen floor, subway and glass tile in the shower and bathroom walls and everything turned out beautiful! Everyone that walks in my home now is so impressed with all the gorgeous tile designs. It truly transformed my home into something beautiful and modern. Thank you!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our quotes are free. The pricing for installation is typically based on square footage and the type of tile, as there can be more steps involved with different types or some patterns are more intricate than others. For example, natural stone would be more per square foot since there is an extra step of sealing involved. Regardless of the situation, we always strive to keep it fair.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, we like to set up a day and time to meet. Chris and I will then come take a look and a few measurements to make sure we give the customer a fair quote, as well as figuring out all of the tools and materials necessary to complete the project.
