- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward β fixed rates for standard jobs, $50/hr for everything else. Minimum call is 2 hours ($100). All prices are for labor only, materials are not included. No hidden fees. If the item you purchased doesn't fit or is incorrect, a $50 visit fee applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You reach out, describe the job, and I give you a clear estimate before anything starts. On the day of the job I arrive on time, assess the work, confirm the final scope with you, and get it done. Before I leave I make sure everything is clean and you're satisfied with the result. No guesswork, no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 3 years of hands-on experience in construction and home services. I've worked across a wide range of residential projects which gave me practical skills that no classroom can replace β knowing the right tools, the right approach, and how to handle unexpected situations on the job.
