I can't say enough good things about Jose. I am an out-of-state landlord and had some issues on my rental property. It gets so frustrating not being able to get down there to see things first hand so I have to trust the word of whomever comes out to make the repairs. And that has not been working out well with the previous repair people. My current issue was caused by a leak in an upstairs bathroom that caused enough damage to the living room ceiling that it was in need of repair. So I looked on Thumbtack to find someone to replace/repair the ceiling drywall. Jose contacted me and every communication has been very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt very confident with him taking on this repair. He has taken the time to make sure the job gets done correctly which is more than I can say about the other people I have hired in the past. If I could hire him to do all my house repairs... I certainly would!
