- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to say, "if you need a excellent job done, you have to pay for it", I'll be the first to admit, I don't have bargain prices. I'm not the cheapest house cleaner, because I believe I'm one of the best at what I do. Don't be discouraged by this, you won't be disappointed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try my best to make my customers happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Very training and education, Enough to be a house cleaner.
