- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give honest pricing at flat rates. We don't want to be like other companies that give you an "estimate" and then end up paying an extra $500 dollars because they didn't inform you about the fees until the end of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give you a call 30 minutes to 1 hour before we head to you pick up location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have experience here in the moving business and how it works. All of our Professional Movers know what they're doing and get trained before they go out into the work field.
