Chef Roberto Moya, born and raised in the Bronx borough of NY, graduated Lincoln Culinary Arts at 19. Having worked for renowned places like Walt Disney World and The Four Seasons Resort, he set himself a goal. Wanting to provide guests with the ultimate experience, he feels one can only truly do that if you create the experience yourself. So that is how we have gotten here. Wow oh Wow! Chef Roberto created a special 21st anniversary dinner for us and it was magnificent! Six courses of deliciousness that we enjoyed so much. We enjoyed having him in our home while he created our masterpiece! It was such a fun, relaxing and delicious experience.
