Apex Plumbing came out to re-pipe my entire home. Joe (the owner) walked me through the different materials that he could use and the different options he could offer me for further reducing cost (he was already very fair). He was willing to work with me to secure 12 month 0% financing, something not many companies are willing or able to do. That is HUGE! He also took the time to explain the entire process start to finish, so that I had clear expectations and wouldn't be surprised. It was obvious from the interaction that Joe cares about his clients. Additionally, his employees were courteous and professional, and they do excellent work. I believe that Apex employees are treated well and are happy, and that translates into better work and better experiences for customers. Apex Plumbing does business the right way. I highly recommend them for small or large plumbing jobs. It's tough to find a trustworthy company in the plumbing space, so when you find one it's great to spread the word. Oh and they give a 7 year warranty on all the work.

I had a very special relationship with Apex plumbing. Overall now, I can say that the job is good and their service was absolutely fantastic. I mean by that, they come again and again as long as I wasn't satisfied. The only down side of that is that some of the employees didn't do multiple tasks correctly, and so, they had to come back and fix what they did previously or redo it entirely. So, it took somewhat a long time to have everything fix correctly.

I hired Apex to replace old plumbing lines under the kitchen sink. They showed up on time, both men were very nice. The job was completed quickly and the new lines under the sink are tidy and tangle free; so far I haven’t noticed any leaks, hoping it stays that way! Thank you Apex for taking care of my plumbing issues.

They sent someone out the same day I called and would have started the repair the same day except they ran into unexpected employee issues. The owner was extremely apologetic and offered a significant discount. I was also in touch with Andrea from the office, who is the BEST customer service person I've ever dealt with. The job was scheduled for the following day and the crew arrived exactly on time and worked until the job was completed. They were extremely professional and courteous. Ours is an old house with old pipes and Apex will be the first people I call next time there's a problem
