Gleico is an excellent trainer. From the beginning, he took the time to talk with me, really listen, and understand my goals so he could create the right plan to help me achieve them.
During each session he’s very attentive to details, always correcting my form to make sure the exercises are done properly and effectively. He also adjusts the plan when needed to keep me moving toward my goals.
He’s supportive but also firm in the best way, which has given me a lot more motivation to train and stay consistent. I highly recommend him.
