Just got done with my first training session via their 'first session free' offer on their website, and DAMN..... I know I'm out of shape and expected to feel like hell afterwards, but not this bad. It really pushed me to my limits, which is great because the reason I'm trying this place out is because I have a hard time pushing myself on my own. The studio setting offers a bit of accountability, so you push yourself harder to make sure you're keeping up. At the same time they offer differing difficulty levels of each workout for people at different fitness levels, so that you're able to get a great workout no matter how fit you already are. Though I didn't have extensive conversations with any of the regulars, everyone seemed very welcoming, especially the trainers. I'll most likely be going back tomorrow morning, so I'll update then to reflect that experience :)
I had my first training session with Anna this week and she exceeded my expectations. She's everything I am looking for in a trainer. She has a great spirit, is a great motivator (tough, but in the best way), and looks amazing herself! So excited to start this journey with her!

Nolan is a highly intelligent fitness expert, he knows his stuff. He helped me develop a training training regimen developed towards my needs. He also helped me develop a meal plan that really made an impact on my energy levels, training, and muscle gain. He was also able to do this from long distance through email and text, he routinely checks up on my progress and gives me pointers!!
Fantastic! I have been working out in the gym for over 25 years. I was in a car accident seven years ago and stopped working out. I gained 75 pounds and Lost a lot of functionality. I didn't think he could do anything to help me, and I didn't think he could show me anything I didn't know. I was wrong on both counts ! He has me doing from fetal movement combined with strength training and I'm feeling a little better. SHe is enthusiastic about her job, and is an excellent motivator. She pushes me just enough. I highly recommend her
I hired Pedro to train my parents since they're aging and I'm concerned about their health and lack of physical activity in their lifestyle. They both work hard as teachers and continue to gain weight and become more sedentary. Pedro has been heaven sent. My parents (mom 57, dad 66) are excited about the training and after only a few sessions already show signs of improvement in energy. Pedro is flexible and very easy to work with. He drives to their house and pushes each one to do more within their limits. My parents especially love the cool down stretch towards the end of each session. I couldn't be happier with their feedback. I consider this to be one of the best investments I've ever made since it will improve the health and quality of life of the 2 most important people in my life. Thank you Pedro.
I just started training with my Svetness Trainer - Georgi and so far it has been a good experience. I am now dedicated to set exercise routine and diet plan. My trainer checks on me on a daily basis. So far so good.

I've been training with Verena for about 3 month now and I'm very happy. She is very pleasant and attentive to my needs. Workouts are different every time and they go by fast. I get a good workout that doesn't repeat itself.
Kevin is a very motivated individual with excellent communication skills. He's currently training our 16 years old son which in itself it is not a task everyone will take on. We have seen great progress and can not wait for the ultimate outcome!
All I can say is EXCELLENT. I've been training with jasmine for 3 weeks now and I see tremendous results in my Body and with my health. I see Jasmine 6 days a week and she is ALWAYS on time and super professional. She has yet to miss a session :) Jasmine also prepares all three of my meals and 2 snacks and delivers them weekly for a great price. I love Jennifer and her approach. She's not just about the scale, the pounds, and the looks. Jennifer geniounly cares about her clients' wellbeing and that includes physical and mental fitness. You have fun working out with her. She pushes you while you always at the same time know and feel that she's got you. She takes care of you. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable not just in the field of physical fitness, but also when it comes to mental support & wellbeing, motivation, and nutrition. I even trained with Jen via long distance. She went above and beyond and created a video for me in which she demonstrated and explained the different exercises. I could do this workout everywhere which was super practical while traveling and after I had moved to the west coast. I lost 20 pounds in two months on her program while also watching what I ate. But I credit her training and more even her spirit, her inspiration, and her support with helping me stay on track when it came to my nutrition and clean eating as well. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough & can't wait to be in the same city as her again to enjoy a session with her. Thank you, Jennifer, for your help & guidance. You rock!
I first started with Jon Paul with the goal of gaining muscle mass and being toned. Since I do cross-fit, I've been trying to look for a good trainer to help me improve my overall fitness during cross-fit tournaments. By giving me a solid weight training and running program, I got to not only gain pounds of muscle and shred fat, but I also gained significant strength and improved my running so I don't gas out as I used to. Overall, I feel much stronger, much faster and much healthier than ever before!

I started personal training sessions with Brian about 4 months ago. I had not worked out with a trainer before and didn't know what to expect, but Brian was great. He listened to my needs and specifically tailors my workouts, they are challenging but you feel good after and I know those sessions are working towards my goals. I've lost 30 lbs, feel stronger, and have more energy. Brian is hardworking and driving, he is confident in what he is doing and has provided me with helpful advise for a previous shoulder injury I have and has tailored a nutrition program for me that has been very beneficial. He's a motivating expert trainer and a nice guy, I would recommend him to anyone.

After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
Having sessions with ideal body training, has not only kept me fit and healthy but has taught me many ways to improve myself for the better. I highly recommend Ideal Body Training if you really want to see what you can become at your full potential because they will make sure they get the best out of you. Krystina has helped me immensely with my mobility and flexability training. Always showing me different techniques to decompress my joints and stay loose as well as build stabilization strength. The biggest area of in improvement was in my lower back which Ms. Dowdell taught me that its the surrounding muscles like my hips that cause that area to be tight. Just by doing the exercises and stretching techniques a lot of the pressure on my lower back has been relieved and with being a martial artist it really makes a difference!
