- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set on the high quality service and delectable meals you should expect to receive when you choose me as your personal chef.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I speak with the client, first I will ask about food allergies or dietary restrictions. Then I would ask about event details and food budget. Then I would work closely with the customer to tailor a menu that is suitable for their needs and that will work for everyone in the party even if there is only one person who is vegan (there is always one, haha).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from culinary school in Jamaica. I have also trained with master chefs when i traveled aboard cruise ships and worked in various hotels.
