I booked Chef Craig for my husband’s 20 person birthday dinner. We couldn’t have been happier. He was so easy to work with, the food was elevated and delicious, and the tables were beautiful! It was so good that our guests were passing plates so that it didn’t go to waste. I’ll definitely call him again if I have a need.

Our team (16 guests) had an amazing experience with Chef Craig during our company retreat (Standard Integrated Supports Inc.). From start to finish, he demonstrated outstanding professionalism. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by everyone. His warm welcome and positive attitude set the tone for a great stay. Chef Craig and his team were extremely helpful and attentive. They responded promptly to all our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate additional requests, even when certain items were not part of the original menu. He remained available, flexible, and respectful throughout our time together. Since this was our first retreat in an Airbnb—and our first time hiring a private chef—Chef Craig truly made the experience memorable. His service contributed so much to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay that the team is already looking forward to doing it the same way again. Additionally, he was available whenever I called or texted him, which really impressed me the most. We sincerely appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and exceptional service. My prices are set on the high quality service and delectable meals you should expect to receive when you choose me as your personal chef.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I speak with the client, first I will ask about food allergies or dietary restrictions. Then I would ask about event details and food budget. Then I would work closely with the customer to tailor a menu that is suitable for their needs and that will work for everyone in the party even if there is only one person who is vegan (there is always one, haha).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from culinary school in Jamaica. I have also trained with master chefs when i traveled aboard cruise ships and worked in various hotels.
