Brandon is passionate about helping others to achieve their fitness/lifestyle goals. He works with all age groups, and has worked with ages 7-87. Throughout your fitness journey He is available not only in your sessions but also via text/phone/or email. Brandon will work with you one-on-one, couples, family or group training up to two to six people. Brandon travels from Palm Beach to Miami to train his clients. Training can be done at a location of your choice. Whether you choose to workout at your home, office, community gym, a park, He can make it happen! If you prefer to travel to him He does have locations that you can train at.
During your training with brandon he will focus on proper form, alignment and breathing in order to optimize every session and make sure you get the best workout. He can see you are not doing something correct and will stop you and we will focus on proper technique. Each training session will be different based on each individuals personal goals. Sessions are 1 hour or 40 minutes and the amount of days per week will depend on each individuals goals. The more sessions per week determine the effectiveness of the results.
Private Jiu Jitsu Lessons:
Brandon started training Jiu Jitsu in 2016 at Jaco Hybrid Training Center home of the Blackzillians. Brandon has only trained under Professor Jorge Santiago since day one of being a white belt and has since earned his purple belt. He competes in Jiu Jitsu and does competitions regularly. Brandon loves Jiu Jitsu and it is his main form of exercise. There are many reasons why someone would start training Jiu Jitsu, for Brandon he needed something new and exciting at that time in his life as well as he always wanted to know how to defend himself if ever needed.
Brandon is now at a level where he can help others learn. His goal is to give the knowledge that he has in a comfortable environment. Brandon offers private lessons where he travels to his client’s home or at a safe space in an outdoor park. He has a high-quality set of mats that roll out to cover a space of 10’ x 10’. He teaches Jiu Jitsu, Gi and No GI Self-Defense.
Brandon has been training for over five years. He is a purple belt on his way to black belt and has plenty of knowledge to help others learn. Everyone can benefit from Jiu Jitsu. Private Lessons are 60 minutes and offered for Adults @ $80.00 and Kids age 17 and under @ $60.00.

We designed this group training to help others start a healthier lifestyle. Learn new exercises and equipment knowledge. Get together and connect with friends, family and peers.
This is an affordable one hour group training session. Since you will be training in a group we ask that everyone be respectful to each other and cooperate which will allow everyone to get the maximum benefit from the class.
Me and my partner will demonstrate the exercises and how to do them properly to get the best effect. We do focus on proper form, how to breathe, and we will also give you a motivational push.
We will divide our attention among the entire group. Most important we would like you to have FUN AND ENJOY each training session.
A Liability Waiver is required to be completed prior to the start of the first session.
