Great company! They are very friendly and most importantly the food was delicious! The caterers created my menu custom to my needs, wants and visions. They forgot a few things and there were a couple hiccups in the road but they fixed them immediately and in the end, it all ran smoothly! I'm glad I chose them as my caterers.
There are not enough stars available to give to Chef Jeff. His food was delicious. the presentation was outstanding and he is quite personable. Everyone at the baby shower (40) wanted his card. Plenty of food to go around and lots of leftovers. Chef Jeff did an omelet station, a waffle station, a mimosa bar, pasta salad, assorted bagels, 2 types of cream cheeses, capers, onion, a regular salad, potatoes O'Brien and a pork loin. It was great. If I win the lottery I will hire him full time!
I hired The Dancing Palate for my boyfriends birthday. I wanted to make his birthday special and memorable. Instead of going out to a restaurant, the restaurant came to us! In my first meeting with Chef Paul, he took his time to explain to me the current menu, services and clean up, customizing a menu to my liking, pricing, etc. I have to say that Chef Paul delivered better than I expected! He was prompt to my home, dinner was served on time, did a cooking demonstration and every single course was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend was really impressed! We had the jalapeno bites and meatballs with homemade barbecue pineapple sauce, the braised beef short ribs on a bed of cauliflower and stuff chicken sausage with pasta. For dessert, the chocolate cheesecake with sauce and whipped cream on the side with a mint as a garnish. I highly recommend "The Dancing Palate" to everyone! I am so glad that found them via Thumbtack. The Dancing Palate was professional, kind, and very entertaining. I will request their services in the near future.
My wife and I decided to host a cocktail / dinner party for 8 very influential people April 16,2016. We decided to enlist Chef Segreto to help us, We had previously attended a dinner party hosted by a friend that used Chef Segreto. We were very impressed with the quality of food served and the professionalism in which Chef Segreto personnel handled the dinner party. On March 1, 22016 I email Julian Grajales and asked him if Chef Segreto would be interested in providing services for an hour of light snacks, wine and mixed drinks starting at 6:00 PM and followed with a sit down dinner starting at 7:00 PM and ending at 9:00 PM. On March 3, 2016 Julian Grajales emailed a list of 5 proposed appetizers, with prices and a list of 9 Plated dinners, with prices, a list of 5 soups, a list of 3 salads, and a list of 6 desserts from which to choose from. By the way, the soup, salad, and dessert were included in the plated dinner price. On March 8, 2016 Julian meet with us at our residence to view where the event would take place and to see what kitchen facilities would be available. In addition he brought a list of 11 hot Hors D'Oeuvres, 4 Americano, 4 Feancese, 4 Mediterranean, 4 Italiano, 4 Floribbean, and 4 Asiatico Hors D'Oeuvres for us to choose. At 4:00 PM on April 16, 2016 Julian and his wife rang our door bell. They came and went over the schedule of events we wanted to occur throughout the three hour event. My wife and I literally sat down and watched television until the first guest arrived at 6:00 PM.Julian's wife greeted people, tended bar, and did not let anyone's drink glass go dry. At 7:00PM we sat down to a truly magnificent dinner. Julian prepared the food while his wife waited on the table. The dinner started with mixed greens, Bermuda onions, plum tomatoes,roasted walnuts and dried cranberries with assiago cheese and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The salad was followed with blood orange sherbet. After the sherbet a 12 oz. grilled NY strip with roasted zucchini risotto and grilled asparagus with port wine-peppercorn sauce was served. Dessert consisted of roasted peach cobbler with Madagascar vanilla pudding. Coffee was then served followed by Baileys Irish cream. This dinner was by far the most grandiose dinner my wife and I have ever hosted. All thanks and praise goes to Chef Segreto's people Julian Grajales and his wife. They are truly professionals. The party attendees are still talking about that evening and we still get compliments for having the party.
Chef Doug and Donnie were AMAZING! I hosted a small dinner for 5 for my best friend's 30th birthday. Chef Doug helped me to customize the perfect pescatarian meal and it was BEYOND delicious. The plating and garnishes that they added were like icing on the cake. Their service was awesome too! Can't say enough great things about both of them. Would definitely book them again when I am back in Miami!
Chef Elisa catered my 50th birthday party last night and...she and her team were AMAZING! The food (a mix of buffet and passed heavy hors d'oeuvres) was some of the best I've had at a catered event if not THE best. The Food: While everything served was perfect, some highlights included: - Coconut Shrimp with Lime Dipping Sauce: I fought her on these to not have them. I've had other caterers and they were lackluster. Chef Elisa's were the hit of the party. Crispy, tender, tangy. Having some of her delicious shrimp left over this morning proved once again that I was so, so wrong. - Italian Sausage and Peppers in a mini bun topped with ricotta: She designed these especially for me given my Italian/Sicilian heritage. They were so good it was as if Chef Elisa had learned to make them from my grandmother. - American Kobe Beef Sliders , Smoked Gouda and Bacon on a Hawaiian roll: These were served buffet style. Seeing that pile of goodness made me want to eat them all. However, I was too busy to have more than one. However, the next day...with just 30 seconds in the microwave and they came beautifully back to life. My house guests and we happily lived off of these for the next two days. - The Dessert Shots in three varieties: Canoli Shot, Key lime pie and Hazelnut Brownie: I decided not to do the typical birthday cake moment. I've had those since I was a year old. So, this choice of dessert shots each with individual spoons was the perfect solution. Small bursts of sweetness without the 'Cut the cake, birthday boy,' chore. Good thing. Putting a knife in my hand that late in the party would have been dangerous for all involved. The Process: From first consultation, menu creation, arrival, setup, service, staff and clean up it felt like magic. I feel like I twitched my nose and everything appeared as if conjured by Samantha herself. Yes...I was bewitched. I could go on and on. Chef Elisa deserves the raves. However, I'll leave it to you to find out the rest for yourself. I will recommend her wholeheartedly and will look forward to the chance to work together again. Why wouldn't I? When you've found 'the one' you stop searching. I have found 'the one'.
We had the pleasure of Bryan Williams cooking for us at my bachelorette party. I've never seen a presentation more beautiful, and I've never had food more delicious. Everything he prepared was unique and made with the finest ingredients. If I travel back to Florida, I will definitely request his amazing culinary talents. Since I have been home, I've been bragging about this dinner, and it made my bachelorette party so much more special and unique. He is an absolute treat to have as a culinary Chef!!
José was the epitome of a personal chef. I have set up events with chefs before and he blew us away with his professionalism, delicious cooking, and personality as a whole! Jose made the process very easy and he quoted a great price that we were comfortable with. He did not try to rip us off like other chefs try to do. We are all from out of town for a bachelorette party and wanted to do a fun night in to relax and have great food for our last night. He prepared homemade Chinese food with spring rolls, dumplings, fried rice, sticky chili chicken, broccoli, and a delicious chocolate cake cup dessert with vanilla ice cream! His sticky chili chicken had a Peruvian twist and was party favorite! A few of us have a serious peanut and shellfish allergy and he suggested foods to have on the menu and was very responsive to any needs we needed. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use if we are back in town! Thank you José!!!
Today I was lucky enough to experience a few selections from Chef Robyn's repertoire - in Fort Myers.. and I was NOT disappointed! Her culinary skills are impressive, and she is bold with her creativity - resulting in some awesome, original creations... Icing on the cake is Robyn's delightful personality - she is as real is it gets, and can regale you with stories that give you some insight into her background AND have you laughing between mouthfuls! An experience not to be missed. If you have the opportunity (you should MAKE the opportunity), you will be Happy that you did.
I can't say enough good things about Chef Davin! We came into town for a bachelorette weekend with 15 girls and he was the perfect addition to our weekend! He was very accommodating to the menu we wanted and came up with ideas better than we could have imagined. The food was AMAZING-one of best meals in Fort Lauderdale!!! Highly recommend the corn with the chipotle cream sauce!! Will certainly use Chef next time we're in town!

Well, to be more specific, i was very impressed with the unique creation, skill and talent of my Victoria Secret Gift Bag Cake that was delivered as a surprise on/for my Birthday. My cake was two shades of pink with colorful wrapping paper on top, Vanilla Bean Flavor with butter cream fondant, moist texture and very delicious. While i was happy about my birthday surprise, i was truly blown away by how pretty my cake was, and i was also impressed with the high level of professionalism by the staff. The real satisfaction was when i served the cake. It was without a doubt the best tasting cake we have ever had; taste, texture, moistness...all perfect....Wow!! All of my Guests, Friends and Family absolutely loved it. I highly recommend Delliquez Custom Cakes for your cake choice...pay the price....it will be worth every penny!
We recently contacted Hasel and her team to do catering for a Corporate event in our Miami office. Their responsiveness is outstanding and quite rare for this area. After our first consultation, thanks to them, we quickly realized we would need them to help us with more than just a food & beverage menu. They ended up handling our catering, dÃ©cor and entertainment. We had a great experience from beginning to end. The day of the event, all of our partners and sales force raved about the service and overall experience. This team was not only pleasant and professional; but also went above and beyond to troubleshoot any issues that came up. The food was delicious, beautifully displayed and everyone had more than enough to eat. The dessert they brought out at the end was literally the icing on the cake. We are very happy to have worked with this team and look forward to working with them again in the near future. Thank you guys!!
WOW!!! Everything about the evening was perfect! I am an average cook and Nicolas made me feel so comfortable with all the new skills he taught me. The menu included fillet of snapper with a cream caper sauce with brussell sprouts and pancetta. The food was amazing , better than most restaurants and the evening was fun and informative . Nicolas taught me many tips on how to be a better cook. I now have compound butter and fish stock in my repertoire. Tonight I am trying the exact recipe on some good friends and next Wednesday Nick is teaching me red sauces. Nick is warm, funny, well prepared and a very skilled chef. In addition after enjoying this wonderful creative meal, he cleaned up my kitchen, WOW. I would highly recommend Nicholas and can't wait for my next lesson.
