We had a large outdoor event on Saturday June 5th at our home ! Yanina with her team that included Melissa and Santi went above and beyond! They were not just punctual, professional and knowledgeable (all things one should expect) they were also innovative, prepared and accommodating! Yanina kept that bar fun and EVERYONE was there enjoying the various masterpieces she created. I got so many compliments! By word of mouth alone at my party- they will receive more business. HANDS DOWN a great team and I hope to hire them soon for another event. Melissa was a creative genius and even helped me decorate the tables upon their arrival. Melissa helped inside and outside the house : making sure my guests were happy and constantly helping in any way she could. Santi never stopped moving for a second: if he wasn't taking orders for drinks, he was serving and cleaning up. I never once saw them on their phone or sitting down doing "nothing". THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! How many times are people hired to work a party and they just sit and do nothing? Right? I have seen that so often at people's events-- and THIS was NEVER the case. They looked around assessing what needed to be done, cleaned up, people who needed to be served and they just jumped in and DID IT without having to be directed by me. IT WAS FREEING and I was able to enjoy my own party! This is how service should be and I found the right team to do it. I will certainly call them again and again. I just hope they aren't busy- I tell you-- I will MOVE a date of an event JUST to have THEM! NOT EVEN KIDDING! 5 Stars isn't enough.

Chef Nina and her Sous chef Demi were WONDERFUL!
They prepared a wonderful cocktail hour for us, their plating was amazing, and attention to detail was ON POINT! We hired them for a private dinner party of 16 and everyone was thrilled with their selections. And I must say they are VERY fairly priced. We will definitely hire them for future events!

Nina and her sous chef were fantastic in EVERY WAY. We are all foodies and the food was AMAZING. We made minor changes and additions that were perfect. She was a true pro and the food was absolutely perfect. We got the sea bass and the short ribs and EVERY ONE OF THE 13 PEOPLE were thrilled with the experience. I would give them a 12 out of 10!
presentation was beautiful as well. We can't say enough good things.
