My closet rack fell about a week ago. After talking with several handymen about the issue, they all mentioned that a piece plywood needed to secure the rack from falling again! I still was uncertain which handyman to go with , I decided to stroll through my phone ( had other handyman for various jobs in the past) one more time! I discovered Ricardo contacts and gave him a call. I explained my situation to him and he came right over the next day to see what was needed for repairs! Ricardo was very knowledgeable of the situation and did not use any plywood to brace it! Honestly, he used heavy drywall nails that strong enough to hold weight to say I am happy would be an understatement. Oh yeah, did I mention that he repaired my nuisance of toilet that was running for 6 months! Wow! All I can say is THANK YOU RICARDO for your expertise and professionalism in this matter!
