I hired Pick Up Movers for my move last month. They were just amazing. Most of the times when you hire a moving company, promises are never kept. Not in the case with this company though. When I called them for a quote, they seemed very sincere and gave me a very reasonable quote. Their crew arrived very much on time on the moving day. All four men were very sincere and skilled. I have a lot of stuffs but they didn’t take a long time to finish packing everything. They were very careful while carrying big pieces of furniture out of my house and loading them to the truck. All my belongings had to travel a long way and so I was quite worried how they were going to cope with the journey. Thankfully, all my stuffs traveled safely and the delivery was made right on the scheduled date.

The movers provided a good service, they showed up within 10 min of our appointment but it is very acceptable considering that it was a Sunday the week before Christmas. They were very careful with the furniture and disassembled and reassembled my bed-couch in minimum time. The move took exactly the time they predicted. The only small surprise was an extra $25 for a flight of stairs they didn't notice in my email. Overall, I was very pleased with their services. EDIT: I updated to 5 stars considering the circumstances and the last minute call, we couldn't hope for better service.

We called Jon last minute when we needed our belongings moved from a storage unit into our new home. He was able to come out the next day, which is incredible! Everyone else gave us a two-three week out timeline. When we got to the unit, a lot of our items were damaged and he and Jose educated us on what was beyond repair. Without their advise, we would have been moving in stuff with mold and rat feces, causing major health issues later on. They worked tirelessly in the rain, and carried our items up three flights of stairs. They were overall the best men for the job! No doubt in our mind who we will hire for future projects. After receiving this quote on Thumbtack I called and spoke with Jose. Although the quote clearly states (or so I thought) wants to be expected, Jose had much number crunching to do after multiple questions about my move. He finally provided me with a total of $422.00 for a 2.5hr move. When I questioned the amount I was told that the truck, mileage and gas to get to me and do the job, the expenditure of sending three pros to me, having two stops, along with all the things they provide with the moving service was the reason. Jose shared that the quote from Thumbtack was JUST an estimate. When I seemed hesitant to book Jose offered me a $23 off deal and said he could go as low as $399. While I respect his explanation and appreciate his offer to bring the price down a bit, it just didn’t work for me. I booked with another company who’s quote matched exactly what they sent to my inbox when I spoke to them on the phone. I was able to get moved out of my place in 2 hrs for $275 and the company that moved me also had to travel from Orlando to reach me in South Daytona. If Thumbtack is a place for no hassle, up front info so services can be fulfilled, it would be nice if ALL the information (like the hidden “no hidden” fees) can be shared upon initial contact. PS...I’ve seen the reviews and the often rude replies Dynamic makes when they receive a not so favorable review. I’m here to tell whomever checks these reviews from Dynamic that you can save it. I said what I said! Don’t advertise no hidden fees upon arrival and justify it by adding the hidden fees before arrival. If you say you don’t charge for something, don’t try to sneak the charge in some other way! Perhaps stating in your quote to potential customers that “This is JUST an estimate” or listing all the additional things I was told I’d be paying for upfront would help people determine whether they want to book with you all before even making a phone call. A quote and an estimate are NOT the same thing. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I am delighted I found this amazing company. The price.. after receiving a price of DOUBLE and a 3 week wait I thought I was in trouble. Then I found Red Carpet Relocations. Their work was excellent, fast, careful and professional. I lived on the 16th floor and was never told an elevator inspection was happening that day. The men were wonderful. They continued to work and wrap all the furniture and when the elevator was free quickly made trips to the truck to make up for time. All with a smile.
