This contractor made an appointment with me for Sunday at 11am. Never showed up never called. I call him he said he be here in 15 mins. He never showed up and never called

He showed up to give me a quote. That’s it. I hired him for the job, waited for him all day the first day to show up, he didn’t. At the end of the day, he messaged me that he was unable to get the material. I told him I needed him to first remove my fence before he built the other fence. I asked him if he would come to do that, he said yes. I waited the whole next day, no show. I ended up removing the fence myself. Then, he messaged me saying he was going to come Saturday (2 days from this point). He again was a no show. I messaged him that I was going to cancel and he responded begging me not to because he was building my fence at home and was going to bring it over completed. He said he would have it done by end of day and bring it either at night or the next morning. Again, all of Sunday, no response. I told him I was cancelling the job!

Gave me a great quote and start date for our project. Did not show up for agreed upon dates and would not answer emails. Kept delaying dates and finally showed up only to work on a secondary project we had clearly said was not a priority. We have now lost valuable time for the landscaping renovation we had hired them for. Terrible at communication. Never again!
