I take pride and joy and helping people achieve a more active healthy lifestyle. A lot of times people just need education and a push in the right direction until they know that they can do it. I hold a certification through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (N.F.P.T.). I help people with goal setting, weight loss, muscle gain, strength training,high intensity interval training, and manage mobility issues as they age. Everybody has a different body type and different goals. I put together customized programs and monitor progress along the way. My mission is to help everyone one become their best self! I love how my work improves people's health and lives. Being able to take control of your fitness makes every other part of your life better. Your fitness progress equals your success!

Neil is the best personal trainer. He worked with me and gradually helped me increase my strength and endurance. By taking things slowly, he helped me make progress faster than I have ever thought . Definitely recommend.

I was looking for a personal trainer who would be able to motivate me to be more active. I found Neil online and he was offering everything that I was looking for in a personal trainer. I've had really great experiences with Neil. He's very patient and has great wealth of knowledge when it comes to training around injuries. He knows how to balance cardio, weight lifting and keeps the workouts fresh. After he helped me to determine what my goals were, which was mainly getting active and shedding some pounds I fell exited to start. He is the Cheerleader I was looking for, always challenging me to jog a little longer or do a couple more crunches when I'm ready to give up. I am looking forward to improving and continuing my fitness goals with Neil and I’m so thankful because I found I new reason to looking forward to. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.
