FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, because I create customized programs and everyone has different needs. Location and the time of day are going to effect rates as well. I prefer a gym setting, but not everyone actually needs it. Some people absolutely require me to come to their home, which I will do. Everything is negotiable depending on the situation and the client needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet the client in person and discuss their goals, do a quick screening, and take them through a free workout. During the screening I ask about their health history and find out if there are any pre-existing injuries that would limit the exercises that we do. I then do body fat testing, measurements, and take before and after photos. I educate them along the way, and recommend articles and books to read. I believe in teaching people how to become self sufficient. "You give a poor man a fish and you'll feed him for a day. You teach a man to fish and you'll feed him for a lifetime."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified as a personal trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (N.F.P.T.)I also have Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Organization Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
