- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I conduct a full evaluation (movement assessment, goals, health history, lifestyle). Then, I design a personalized training plan based on their goals — whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, postpartum recovery, or performance. I focus on technique, progressive overload, and mindset coaching. My goal is not just short-term results but long-term transformation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. I hold university-level education, two postgraduate certifications, and I am NASM certified. I continuously invest in education related to strength training, women’s health, core rehabilitation, and performance optimization. I am also an active professional athlete, which keeps me constantly evolving in my field.
