Jean Paul and his team are the best in the business, hands down. Within 90m of my initial inquiry, he had a technician at my home, fixing the issue, in an expeditious manner. I was really impressed with his attention to detail and his ability to analyze the appliance. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process, as I was given a step by step account of every action, and even given an 1yr warranty as a courtesy. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service and I plan to work with this company in the future!

John Paul and his team are the personification of 5 stars. Within 90 minutes of my inquiry, these gentlemen arrived and completed the task in an expeditious manner. They had to order additional parts to fix the issue but within 2-3 days, once they had the parts, they arrived and the installation/repair was done. I was very impressed with the technicians attention to detail and communication throughout the process. John Paul kept me informed about the process every step of the way and I appreciate the additional 1 yr warranty. I will ensure to only use John Paul and his team to fix my new LG appliances, as they’re the best in the business.

I’m really happy with the service I received to fix my washer. The technician arrived on time, was super friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. They explained the problem in a way I could understand and had everything working again quickly.
The whole process was easy, and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely call them again if I need any other appliance repairs. Highly recommend!
