- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work hard and fast, and prefer to bill by project than by the hour, but can work with both,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the job you need and provide a general estimate. If our estimate is within your budget, we then offer a final estimate with all the details and proceed with the work. For custom pieces, we need to source the appropriate lumber and dry it to specification. Typically, custom pieces without drying time are completed within 4 weeks. General carpentry on-site varies depending on each job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an industrial engineer who has owned a furniture woodshop in Panama for over 10 years. I am highly skilled in woodworking and possess a keen eye for quality.
