The Ambassador gave me a wonderful catering experience on short notice. The staff was very friendly and professional. The Ambassador arrived very punctual and put out my party without any issues. The food looked beautiful and tasted fabulous. For the price I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you very much Ambassadors' table.

We had a community holiday party. The food was excellent like dining in a restaurant. Robert came served the food and made a beautiful presentation. We also hired the bartender and the server. It truly was a carefree evening for the community. Everyone at the event raved about the food. Thank you for a job well done. Denise

I cannot say enough great things about Chef Robert! He and his staff went so far above and beyond for my mother's 60th birthday celebration and just made the whole day so special. If you are wondering about the food, it's amazing! My whole family is Italian so Italian food is not typically something that any of us order out. It's just that when you go your whole life eating really good Italian food, you get to be pretty particular about what you eat.. :) Yet after the first conversation that I had on the phone with Robert, my instinct told me to trust him. He just has a friendly, genuine way about him... and I am so glad that I did because man was the food tasty! We had Chicken Marsala, balsamic veggies, bruschetta (and so much more) and he even cerated this creamy gorgonzola dish for us that was incredible. I think beyond that, it was clear that Robert is accustomed to taking care of his people. He met every request our ours with a smile! He found my favorite craft beer and my mothers choice of wine and made sure to have an endless supply for our large party. His servers were on point and made sure that everyone was waited on and thoroughly cared for too. I was so pleased to be able to text with both Robert and his wife days before the party too as they made sure every detail was taken care on their end of as I was running around setting the party up. Bottom line, I would hire Robert again in an instant and I hope that we have more occasions in the future to do just that!

I like to find out what their budget is and work with and them to deliver them fantastic food and great party
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in culinary arts from the culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I start in the Bronx doing salads and desert tables at the Marina del Rey. From there I attended the culinary Institute of America. Upon graduation I landed a job at the national arts club in New York City as a line cook within two years I was the chef and was there from 1989 to 2013. in 2013 I open the Ambassador's table in Palm Beach Florida located at 2730 S. Ocean Blvd., Palm Beach, FL 33480
