- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although it can be financially tough on a small moving company like us to maintain all of the proper licensing and Insurance just as the larger companies, remaining able to operate "legally "is very important to us. We will remain committed to providing excellent service to our customers while making sure our rates are comparable and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A large percentage of our moves are booked via the web or over the phone, so a lot of our customers are just meeting the crew for the first time on move day and may never meet the estimator or sales person at all. So we build relationships over the phone, we're doing follow up calls leading up to your move. How are you coming along with your packing? Maybe give a few tips that could help speed up the move on move day, once the crew is assigned we call them to let them know the names of the crew and provide cell numbers if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The team. The owners, managers, movers and the estimators have all worked for leading moving companies in every position with the exception of "owner" our educational back grounds are Business management and Education.
