In June of 2009, I created a womens organization for the purposes of creating a unique networking group that would enrich women's businesses as well as their skills, knowledge, and talents. In the first six months, the networking group generated $240,000 in business referrals. At each monthly meeting, outstanding speakers both local and national brought the members an array of ideas, concepts, techniques, and knowledge. The groups stellar reputation caught media attention and was featured in local newspapers, radio and TV stations including International Programs such as CNN En Espanol and CNN Brazil TV.
