As someone who has had experience with personal chefs in the past, Chef Rafa is exactly what you are looking for. With less than 24 hours notice he created an amazing meal was professional and made my night so enjoyable. He was open to menu changes and was very flexible to meet our wishes. I have had chefs come to my home and ask so many questions but Chef Rafa was self sufficient and made me feel like a guest in my own home. As a foodie and guests who are foodies, the food was spectacular! Felt like we were at a five star restaurant. My father thoroughly enjoyed the meatballs and he is extremely particular about meatballs. We all left dinner full and had left overs to enjoy the next day. We are looking forward to have Chef Rafa again in our home in the near future.

We had Chef Rafa prepare us a home cooked meal on the last day of my bachelorette party. He was so accommodating and fed all 16 of us girls. He was professional and went above and beyond - specifically making do with the less than ideal kitchen in our air bnb. We loved the food and had a great time!

Chef Rafa and Derma were excellent! They came in to a house with a a bunch of rowdy ladies and they were so accommodating. we had allergies and they worked around those. They were friendly and always made sure our plates were full! The food was AMAZING!!

Chef Rafa helped cook an amazing mean for my sisters bachelorette party! It was 6 girls and each and everyone of us continue to talk about! Chef was able to answer all questions I had about requests and dietary restrictions for gluten intolerance for one of the girls! We felt very comfortable happy and like we each had a great foodie experience! He also left everything spotless! Book chef Rafa for a great meal and experience!

We hand pick only the freshest ingredients such as organic, grass fed, etc. please keep this in mind when selecting us. You can expect only the best service as far as flavors, & presentation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make the process super easy for you! As I understand how stressful this can be. First I will get information. Then I will begin creating the menu & will get back to you shortly!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in nutrition science and I have been working scratch kitchen restaurants for the past 10 years. I did not go to culinary school just learned from those that did.
