I listen to what the client wants and tailor their routine to them. I work side by side with my clients and help them obtain their fitness goals! The best part of my job is getting to help individuals reach their fitness goals and help them feel more self confident. I was once a Fat Kid and spent most of my life being abused mentally about my weight so I know how individuals feel when they are overweight and need help. I knew what it felt like going to the gym and not know where to start, and I love helping individuals in that same situation!

I have been training with Russ for 3 months. The results I have seen have been amazing to say the least! I never thought I could go down more than 2 pant sizes in this short amount of time. Having Russ as a trainer is the best investment I have ever made in myself. He is so motivating, challenging and FUN! I look forward to the gym sessions, which is something I NEVER thought I would say. With him as my trainer I have been able to break my bad habits, increase muscle and of course burn that fat away. If you are ready for a better lifestyle and a better body, Russ is the one to train with. I highly recommend you give him a call to start the new improved you!

Since I started training with Russ, I can honestly say that I feel motivation like I've never felt in all the years of working out on my own. He has pushed me to limits I never thought possible while making the learning experience fun and challenging each and every time. I would definitely recommend anyone to give him a try. Believe me you won't be disappointed!!!!

Russell is more than a trainer. I have worked with personal trainers before, but what I learned about Russell makes him stand out. He shared his personal story of being overweight as a child and how that affected how he viewed himself. Russell decided enough was enough and began to change his life. When I met Russell I would never have thought that he used to be a fat kid. What I learned from Russells story is that anything is possible when I set my mind to it....Thanks Russell for inspiring me to the best version of myself!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I decided to get into fitness when I was young after I lost about 75 pounds. I was a Former Fat Kid and loved my results. I also knew the pain I suffered while being overweight and decided that I would like to encourage and coach others to reach the same accomplishments that I have!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    When you want to pick a trainer, you have to make sure that, idealistically, they're right for you—that they understand your goals and your objectives!
