Ilia has been great to work with. I am starting back training after a long hiatus and Ilia's workouts are perfect. He is punctual and focused on the workout throughout. We work out in my community gym which is small and has limited resources, but Ilia is so knowledgeable and resourceful, he is able to maximize the equipment that is available. Best of all the time flies by, even though I am working hard, and I look forward to each new session.

Ilia was the first person to respond to me and I’m glad he did! I like the flexibility in both his schedule and while training. He is always accommodating my schedule and switches things up often during our training sessions. He shows you and helps you maintain perfect form and will even work out with you. He also explains how he achieved his body goals and talks about diet. He is easy to get along with and comes highly recommended.
