Gary is without a doubt the best coach I've ever worked with. I've been playing tennis for 5 years and have had decent coaches who have helped to level up my game slowly over time. But once I started working with Gary, my entire game changed. I don't know how or why he's able to do this, but he's incredibly effective at teaching you the crucial skills that matter most in order to improve your game quickly. He's also the only coach I've ever worked with who is always brutally honest with me about where my skills are still lacking so I can get better. The last thing I'd say is I love his approach to teaching the mental side of the game. Tennis is a lonely sport...and if you don't have the mental component under control, you will lose most matches you play regardless of your skill level. His help in improving my competitive mind has made me a much better player and competitor.
