Yoga With Tanya Siejhi

Introduction: Yoga opened the door to my spiritual path, and my passion for the practice grew quickly. My personal shift impacted my perspective on what was going on in the world, and I now believe that we are becoming less influenced by media, more conscientious about our own health condition, and how our habits affect our well-being. What I do is provide the practitioner with techniques to train and connect mind and body. As a teacher, my intention is to help individuals create space for healing and inspire new beginnings.
