I can do almost any task you need done. Im $75 hour with a 2 hr minimum to come out. the app wont let me change old rates from 4 yrs ago fyi.
emergency calls or outside time slots are extra $50 flat fee on top of the 2 hr min. ($200)
estimates are $60.00. firmly. unless its near by and short n sweet. but typically i can bid u over the phone.
If your location from my office is farther then 50 miles or 1 hr, add 1$ per mile there after the 50 mile mark. i do cover 6 counties surrounding orlando. seminole, volusia, lake, orange, flagler, and brevard.

most all tasks I also have FLAT RATES for. PLEASE ASK IN ADVANCE for details. very minimal simple honeydoo tasks are hourly. those flat rates are competitive n comparible cheaper then any general contractor or commercial service. multiple tasks at flat rate get some of a discount for a bundle. DEPENDING. but never on 1st service call, repeat customers only.
Flat rates are set with: door installs, window installs, fences, trim, painting, decks, docks, pergolas, sheds, play houses and sets, french drains, faucets, vanities, sinks, lites, toilets, chandeliers, ceiling fans, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal installs. some landscape needs. french drains, sheetrock repair, stucco crack repair, and CUSTOM CARPENTERY IS 1 OF MY SPECIALTIES.

We also do any "honey do" task, and thats typically hourly. adjustments, repairs, hanging, tweeking, moving, cleaning, etc. Some landscaping needs also hourly.
i owned a landscape business twice in 2 diff states, and can accommodate that also, but i dont do reg mow/edge/blow service anymore.
clear out areas, garage etc. hauling to dump or donation. take to donation, Garage or house shelving, furniture assembly or disassembly. etc etc. just ask. I DO ALMOST ANYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE. demo too.
Painting is bid by the sq ft walls ceiling. or linear ft trim. Caulk is per foot on trim. hourly on touch ups or weatherproofing. etc.
*** I DO NOT work on hot tubs , water heaters, AC systems, appliance repair, water softeners, cement, tile roofs, very large sheet rock jobs, clean dryer venting, or pools or fixing appliances and flooring***.
Will do minor roof repair for leaks. but not extensive jobs. some Screen repair. I can install or replace anything.
