- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Im $50 an hr with 2 hr minimum as a handyman. many tasks I've set flat rates as well. Those would be doors fences deck work trim work painting faucets sinks disposals installing microwaves or dishwashers toilets fans lights chandeliers doorbells caulking painting carpentry. bathroom demo n remodel. any demo. any repair. etc. hourly is the small tasks like on the "honey do" items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
communicate via the ap. Or phone. i can come see the job if its specialty work. usually xan bid via cell or text. yes as stated above i do estimates. estimates are $30 / 30 minute intervals. huge jobs ill refund that. small jobs its not refunded.

I've worked in the industry, in all different fields since 1994.
