Steven was on time, professional, and willing to show me what I needed to do if I wanted to fix the car myself. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and why. He was able to diagnose the problem and actually fix it. Unlike the other mechanic shops that throw crazy nonsense at you, to rip you off. I got a good price for the work that went into it and the car got fixed correctly. Instead of the common phrase the shops said before him of their need for a new transmission.
