- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices may vary by device and or/work to be done (i.e. replacement part prices can fluctuate; more than one service will take the overall total up but may include a multiple service discount).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally collect name, phone number and email address for invoicing and contact purposes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in IT for 17 years with lots of experience in PC hardware and mobile device hardware. I also have my Apple iOS certification for repairing iPhones.
