These young ladies were prompt on time. This was our first time so we did a walk through first. They are thorough and fast. They use a steam cleaner on the floors which I had never tried but I found that the floors came out cleaner than getting mopped. Once they had finished, I realized that I had forgotten to show them one bathroom which needed cleaning and they did not hesitate to jump in a do a good job cleaning that as well. Great attitude. I have them coming out on a regular basis from now on. Also since they are trained medical EMT personnel with the fire department, they get tested for Covid on a regular basis, so I felt safe with them coming into my house. They wore mask the whole time they were here. One other thing I like about this service is that there are only the three ladies who will ever come into my home.
