I’m very happy with the service I got from Diggs Haul. Chaz went out of his way to come by my house and move my treadmill from the living room to the garage. Originally he had a big job in my area and said he would swing by and do this quick job for me. But then even though his schedule changed for his big job he still took the time to drive 30 or 40 miles just for my quick treadmill move. This was really important to me because I have guests coming and I wanted that treadmill out-of-the-way. I so very much appreciated that he did not cancel my little job even though it would’ve been more convenient for him to do so. A true professional. Then he helped us position the rug and coffee table and move the sofa. His price was more than fair and I will definitely be calling Diggs Haul again.

***BEWARE*** of red flags with this company! Their profile & customer reviews looked great, & option of a 3-guy team for “$99hr all inclusive” was perfect for us, so we wanted to book them 2hrs for our move, but then things quickly changed & red flags went up! **First the guy sent message thru Thumbtack that said he couldn’t reach us bc we weren’t answering either of 2 phones, which neither showed missed call!? We called him back at the # posted on their profile, but he replied thru Thumbtack he never got our message??, & said the # on the company profile was not the right one for us to reach him!?? He gave us a different # to reach him. (???) **So called him at new # he gave, & he tried to add over $100 to the job price!!, bc some BS about it’s bc of “his expenses to do job”??... like travel, moving blankets, plastic wrap, etc!, but that’s all necessary for a safe & proper move, plus their company profile even specifically states ALL of those items are provided by them, & are ALL “included in advertised job price”!! When we declined the job w him “JOSE”, he started saying he could lower his price if needed?, but no thanks “JOSE”, you’re just too shady to trust!! **Third, it’s quite ironic that not only does the company profile actually advertise “all included”, but even makes a point to specify “no hidden fees /surprises like others”!!?? LOL So, needless to say, it was all definitely very suspicious & unprofessional!! Hopefully nobody will have the same experience, &or worse, get charged w extra fees added to job price after their stuff is already loaded, & then told must pay extra to the quote advertised, price agreed on, & for items included!! Companies & deals like this make Thumbtack look questionable for their pros, to anyone who’s never used a vendor thru them! FYI, I’ve had good experiences with Thumbtack pros, so this is my first negative experience, & felt it needed to be shared, to warn others.
