Introduction: Lose 5-15 pounds in your first week. The Dillard diet is a physician-managed weight loss program. This is a healthy lifestyle change for our clients. We work with them either online or in one of our five central Florida locations. Clients eat regular food, not prepackaged. They can eat out comfortably with no counting points, etc. Typical weight loss is 5 to 15 pounds in the first week, and yes, these are typical results. This is managed by Dr. Dillard, who is an internal medicine physician.
