- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will not charge a service call fee if you decide to complete the repair. Our repair prices are often 10% to 15% lower than other repair companies. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. First we will need your basic information. Name, Address and Phone number. The brand and type of appliance to be repair. It is helpful to have the model number if possible but don't worry if you can't find it. A description of the problem/malfunction. We will offer you an appointment ( often the same day ). Our techs will call you 20 to 30 minutes prior to arriving at your residence. The technician will always provide an upfront repair price before performing any repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs are trained by the factory and we provide yearly classes to keep them up to date with the new appliances being manufactured today. We are EPA certified to work on all refrigerators.
