Lela is an excellent person to work with. She is very responsible and is always helping with everything. He culinary faculties are definitely a gift. She is an amazing cook. He food is delicious!

Food was fabulous!!! Jamaican cuisine modified for the American palate so it wasn't too spicy. Good variety, perfectly prepared. They catered a lunch at my business that everyone enjoyed immensely. Good value - we had leftovers of everything and it all got eaten the next day. Arrived right on time, very professional set-up for catering. It went seamlessly and was a huge success! What more can you ask for?
