This review is not based on Precious as a person as she is a real sweetheart. She groomed our very hairy, long nailed, difficult Cocker Spaniel and did a good job. The one star is for the lack of customer service we received. We made an appointment and had Precious come pick up our pup, she arrived a little later than we had agreed.....not a big deal it was rush hour. At about 6 pm she was on her way with our dog.She was supposed to be back at 830, we had a very early (330am) work day the next day so we thought 830pm bed by 9pm perfect. Precious text us when she started grooming our dog, but it was 2 1/2 hours after our dog should have already been delivered home. Long story short, even though she text again that she would be here by 11pm we didnt have our dog back here until very close to midnight! Precious was kind enough to refund us the delivery charge, even though that was a nice gesture, I would have much rather had slept at a decent time. I understand things happen, we are all human..... but as of now, Im not willing to use her again. Its not worth the frustration.

Hey Edgar I just wanted to say I don’t feel like one star is a true rating based of the whole experience
I was actually early to picking up your dog and got lost and was still early plus your dog who was very difficult to groom granted I was still able to do a good job
She bit me multiple time but I didn’t give up I continued to groom her very sorry about the time but don’t think one star is a true reflection of everything

Precious did a wonderful job with my Boston terrier and MinPin!She was an excellent communicator- very responsive and addressed all of my questions and concerns.She granted us a very early drop off which allowed us to hit the road early to enjoy the weekend.I really enjoyed the photo updates! We were able to enjoy our mini vacation knowing the pups were in good hands! I appreciated that my pups werent caged up all day like a vet office would do, rather they had great space to play and run in her beautiful home.I highly recommend Precious and Millennial Doggies and found them to be the most fairly priced as well! We will only be using her in the future and will recommend her to all of our friends!

Best and most caring service ! She is a true professional and we really appreciated her work. My dog is big and can be difficult but she handled him so well.
