- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is 100% transparent with zero hidden fees and will not change from the time of booking to the completion of your event. I’m Our pricing is designed without compromising the quality of our food and service standards. It includes full onsite service and a pristine deep cleaning post-event of our service area as if we were never there, so you can fully relax and enjoy your event with no mess in the morning. Feel free to share your budget with us, and we'll work diligently to curate a culinary experience that both delights your palate, wows your guests, and financially aligns with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For us, our 5-star service starts as soon as you reach out. Our first step is an initial 10-20 minute phone call with our dedicated event manager or the Chef himself to discuss your vision and all event details. After that, Chef Pietro will work diligently to bring your vision to life and create a custom menu that will delight you and all of your guests. From there, we will send over our menu proposal, which is 99% of the time perfect for customers, but we are always happy to revise or revamp in order to exceed your expectations. After that, we will send over an email confirmation(s) with your custom menu and a full pricing breakdown. We will be fully available to you via phone or text leading up to your event. Once we arrive, sit back and enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Pietro comes from a long family line of Chefs, Cooks, and Bakers. As a Native Italian, the art of food is in his DNA. He has worked at fine restaurants in Italy, Paris, and Napa while being mentored by some of the best Chefs in the culinary world.
