We are a Time + Materials Service. We offer Hour Packages starting at $200 for the 1-hour Package, $330 for 2 hours, $590 for a Half Day Package (4 hours), and 1110 for a Full Day Package (8 hours).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will listen to your needs and concerns, estimate how long your project or repair is going to take, and schedule an appointment for a firm date and time that works for your schedule. You will receive an email confirmation after the call, the craftsman assigned to you will call you the night before to ask you a few questions and understand your situation, and they will show up on time, in uniform, and ready to work.

As an Ace Hardware Store I am always looking for ways to assist my customers better and offer superior options, particularly when it comes to customer service. We wouldn't be a store that has been part of the community for over 50 years if our customer didn't come first, always.
