- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair, not the cheapest but certainly affordable. In my experience you get what you pay for. So get it done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually check out the scope of work and give you a fair estimate. Due to the nature of jobs, some may be a little more than the expected estimate due to unseen circumstances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work with National Custom Homes in Boca Raton as an apprentice while attending college at Florida Atlantic University. While working there I learned almost all of the trades that it takes to build a home from the ground up. Since these were custom homes that we were building the attention to detail is much more important than that of your typical spec home. Working with high end clients also taught me what is expected on builds of this caliber.
