- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We love and value each home individually and offer pricing according to the size of the place, location and what the client wants to feature most or highlight most. We always work within your budget and adapt by suggesting different deco/staging packages to fit your need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a conversation to assess the client's needs and schedule a consultation to go over the details. Once we finish the consultation, we send a formal quote and contract to sign in order to book the service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of clients: from flippers, to private home owners who are selling their home. We provide home decor consultations/services where we do it all for you or simply help you polish what you already have.
