I am a real estate agent and had a challenging listing, even in this seller's market. The property was situated on a great lot, but was very dated. We love and value each home individually and offer pricing according to the size of the place, location and what the client wants to feature most or highlight most. We always work within your budget and adapt by suggesting different deco/staging packages to fit your need.

We usually start with a conversation to assess the client's needs and schedule a consultation to go over the details. Once we finish the consultation, we send a formal quote and contract to sign in order to book the service.
