For new customers, we start with a home walkthrough to better understand your cleaning preferences for each room. The initial cleaning session will usually take longer than the future cleaning session (if done at least once a month). After the initial cleaning, we will follow up with a quality check to confirm that the expectations for the new customer have been met.
