- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free consultation to understand the specific cleaning needs of the customer. We take the time to discuss the size of the property, any special requests, and the frequency of cleaning. After this, we provide an accurate estimate and schedule the cleaning service. On the day of service, we arrive on time, prepared with all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. After the job is completed, we do a final walk-through with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction. We also encourage feedback to continuously improve our service.
